The company’s early years were a whirlwind of learning, and provided a crash-course introduction into the fast-paced world of Greater Boston real estate. Still working as a managing partner with Longwood Residential, Mike assembled The Tinsley Team with several other agents as a dynamic, cooperative group to better serve his clients. He strives to lead this team with support and empathy, and to help each agent unlock their full potential.

If there is a secret to Mike’s success, it’s seeing each client as they are - as a person, as opposed to a “deal” or “commission.” Mike understands that each client - each person - has circumstances, goals, and timelines that must be considered and accounted for. He prides himself in this empathic perspective and advises his clients accordingly.

A Massachusetts native, Mike currently lives in Westwood with his wife, Bianca, along with his son and two daughters.
